Shipping Fee on all purchases is $20.
Note: Christopher Augmon Corporation only ships to addresses within the United States
at this time. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the United
States, please contact

SHIPPING RATES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. Christopher
Augmon Corporation makes every effort to accurately display the color(s) of our
merchandise on the web site. However, the color(s) will vary depending on the settings
and capabilities of your monitor, computer, and/or web browser. Therefore, Christopher
Augmon Corporation cannot guarantee that your monitor displays the most accurate
color(s) of our merchandise.
Shipping and Terms & Conditions are subject to change; All changes will be posted
on the
site accordingly.
All merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Additional
charges may be incurred for faster delivery.
Delivery may require 4 to 6 business days if merchandise is in stock. Due to the
customization of each handbag please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be processed
and shipped. All special orders require 6 to 8 weeks to deliver.
If your order contains an item that is sold out, we will contact you to suggest
a replacement, or provide you with a full refund.
Exchange Policy
Christopher Augmon Corporation does not offer returns because of the customization
of each bag. However, you may exchange the unused item within 5 business days of
the purchase, in its original condition. When exchanging the merchandise,
please call Christopher Augmon Corporation, will then assign a exchange authorization
(EA) number to be written on the outside of the box. Then email us at
exchange-credit@augmon.com. download the exchange request form, fill it
out, make your choice of the another handbag with wish to have or request store
credit and fax back document. Christopher Augmon Corporation will then provide you
with an exchange or store credit less restocking fee and shipping costs. Restocking
fees are 10% of the cost of the handbag that you ordered.
All sales of discounted items are final.

to do:
- Call 312-841-2800 for a Return Number then Email exchange-credit@augmon.com Simply
download this exchange form, click here for a free download of Acrobat Reader if
needed to view the file. If you are having trouble downloading you can email us
at exchange-credit@augmon.com and we can send you an exchange request form via fax
or mail.
- Once you have filled out the form you must fax it to 312.674-1426 completed, in
order for us to process your exchange or credit. Pack the bag securely with the
copy of your packing list, Exchanges Request Form and write the Return Number on
the exterior of the box in big print.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using
the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS or
FedEx.

Exchanges and credits are up to the discretion of Christopher Augmon Corporation
and are only accepted providing the item is returned in its original condition.
Christopher Augmon Corporation reserves the right not to sell, exchange or offer
store credit to any party.
Repairs.
Christopher Augmon Corporation stands behind all of its merchandise on workmanship.
We are more than happy to handle repairs (free of charge) resulting from any manufacturer
defects within 3 month of the purchase of your handbag. These repairs should be
directed to Christopher Augmon Corporation/repairs. Typical turn-around time is
four to five weeks. Please note that there is a $40.00 shipping & handling fee charged
for each item submitted for repair. Note: Some handbag materials are likely to wear
over time. If general wear and tear has diminished a handbag's appearance, we can
recommend some tips for improving the bag's condition.
For items being shipped to our repair department, please be sure to ship your item
by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by Federal Express and other
carriers. Please be sure to include a note with your name, return address, email
address, and daytime phone number along with a check made payable to Christopher
Augmon Corporation / Repairs for $40 and send to:
